The Sony Ericsson Developer World has a P1 to give away and all you need to do to win this puppy is register yourself and submit some UIQ3 code. How will this contest be judged? The contest rules state that your entries must fill existing and urgent gaps in the UIQ3 wiki, show innovative use of the API, and of course quality and quantity may help.
