Quite a bit has gone down in the cellular realm since Barcelona opened its beautiful doors to host Mobile World Congress 2009, but how could we ever forget this gem? Samsung's M7600 Beat DJ is about as close as we'll ever come to a real live Pilotfish Ondo, and after months of waiting, it's finally on sale across the pond. Available for purchase right now at O2 UK, the Bang & Olufsen-infused handset packs a 2.6-inch OLED panel, perfect for mixing, scratching and texting your mum when you stay out too late. It's all yours for between £0.00 and £146.80 ($233) depending on your choice of contract, and if any of you kind, gentle Britons feel like importing a few for the deprived Yanks over here, drop us a note in comments.

Lenovo and RIM's Constant Connect now available

We know you've been literally hanging on the edge of your seat waiting for this day to come, so it's our honor and privilege to announce that Lenovo and RIM's Constant Connect solution is now available. For those who managed to sleep right through February, the technology enables select ThinkPads to automatically pull down BlackBerry emails whenever it's within range, even if the laptop is completely off. There's no word on what it'll cost to have this added into your next corporate machine, but you can head past the break for a quick demonstration vid if you think you're interested.

Update: It's a $149 option from select business partners and through Lenovo.com.

Meizu M8 defies the odds and officially goes on sale - again

Word on the street has it that the Meizu's M8 -- that vaporous iPhone killer from the east -- is now officially on sale, as of February 18. For real. Wait, you ask -- wasn't it available last week sometime? Well, yes and no. Apparently, the unit we've seen making the rounds was a beta version -- if you slapped down your $440-ish dollars on that one, you got something with "a fair amount of problems to be ironed out," according to DAP Review. The site, whose Chinese-to-English translator is apparently functioning better than ours, goes on to point out that while the test units had WiFi enabled, the final production version does not. A strange decision, sure, but this is a tale fraught with strange decisions. And danger. And excitement and glamor. By the way -- we just hit up the official Meizu site, and the 16GB version of this device is "out of stock" -- probably due to the rapturous reception the unit's received all over the world.

Palm's Treo Pro now available in Brazil on Claro

While the future of the Treo Pro is somewhat murky when it comes to Sprint, there's no doubt that Palm's still pushing this WinMo powerhouse in every way it can. In order to accommodate demand in Brazil, the company has announced that locals can now acquire the handset trough Claro. Unfortunately, there's no mention of a price, but those in the area can certainly swing by a shop and check things out. Or, you could hold out for that international Pre, whichever works.

Samsung Show projector phone landing this month in Korea, soon in Europe

We knew that Samsung's Show (or "the projector phone") would be headed to South Korea first, but now we've got official confirmation on exactly when from both Sammy and partner Texas Instruments. The W7900 is expected to go on sale later this month in South Korea, while Europeans will get the I7410 in the very near future. There's no mention of any other corners of the globe getting a taste after that, but maybe Samsung's just testing the waters before it really cranks up that supply chain. As for a price? Take a wild guess -- you might be close.

Helio's Ocean 2 now on sale: $149 on contract

It'll run users a buck forty-nine on contract if you're a new subscriber or $400 without, and it just might make all of your dreams come true. Meizu M8 on sale for $440: buy at your own risk

We don't have to caution those familiar with the name "Meizu" that this may not be what it seems, but we'll do it anyway for those new to the field. The outfit's long, long, long awaited M8 appears to be on sale now for anyone with $439.99 and a remote desire to own one. However, we have seen this thing "on sale" before, but outside of a few anomalous reviews, we haven't actually seen it ship to anyone in the US. In all honesty, we'd love nothing more than for this to be the real deal, but we've a sneaking suspicion that no one with half a brain is going to pull the trigger and pray for arrival. Though, the idea of surfing on top of one's handset is surprisingly enticing, wouldn't you agree?

Nokia's E63 NAM now on sale at Chicago flagship store

So when Nokia said "in the coming weeks" at CES, we definitely expected the North American E63 to be available in the US before now. But hey, if you've hung in there this long, there's nothing sweeter than snagging a device you've been longing after for longer than originally anticipated. According to Symbian-Guru, the Chicago flagship location has received stock of the blue model, while the red flavor should be arriving at any moment; there's been no direct word on stock at the New York location, but we can't imagine the Nokia mother-ship leaving those in the Big Apple hanging. In case you've forgotten, $279.99 buys you a QWERTY-packin' S60 handset, though you should be absolutely sure you're okay without HSDPA.

Verizon Hub goes on sale for $199.99 on contract

We had a pretty good idea Verizon's Hub would be loosed on Super Bowl Sunday, and sure enough, the landline killing machine is now available for ordering. The device itself will run you $199.99 on a two-year contract (after all applicable rebates), and if you're still wondering whether or not this thing is even worth your time, why not have a look at our hands-on / impressions?

Just as we'd heard, the oh-so-tough duo that is the completely unrelated ZTE Rock F165 (right) and Samsung Rugby A836 (left) are now available through Rogers Wireless. As for pricing, you'll be asked to part with $79.99 / $149.99 on contract for each in order of mention, though it seems the former is already on backorder. Guess that unbridled sex appeal just won Canucks over by the thousands, huh?

We begged and pleaded for an official announcement back when we saw this beauty all boxed up, and comically enough, we're still waiting for that release. Nevertheless, Sprint has quietly hosted up the long awaited CDMA Treo Pro on its webstore, giving those with an unquenchable thirst for more Windows Mobile something to lust over. For whatever reason, this thing is being priced at $249.99 with a two-year contract ($549.99 free and clear), though we get the feeling that figure will be dropping mighty quickly. Let's just go ahead and call it the Pre effect.

Update: Looks like Sprint's pulled the Treo Pro page from its site already, so they're either not quite ready to hawk it yet or we're looking at the quickest discontinuation in consumer electronics history.

Sony Ericsson's XPERIA X1a now available at SonyStyle

It's been tough getting out of the starting gate for Sony Ericsson's X1a (that's the Americanized version of the X1), particularly when you realize that it was supposed to ship en masse way back on Black Friday of last year. Oh sure, a select few have managed to procure one of the QWERTY-packin' WinMo powerhouses, but we've heard far more complaints about "no stock" than tips on excess inventory. Now, however, SonyStyle.com has the handset listed as in stock, with an estimated ship date of tomorrow. Furthermore, UnwiredView is reporteding that many of Sony's retail locations are also well stocked with the unlocked smartphone. Of note, SonyStyle is offering up the X1a in silver, but there's always spray paint if you're lusting after a black model like the one we tried out.

Nokia's N96 Comes With Music edition up for pre-order

First came the 5310 XpressMusic, then came word of a CWM-equipped N95. Now, we're feasting our eyes on a Comes With Music N96, freshly for sale on Nokia's UK website. The device seems unchanged outside of its newfound support for Nokia's all-you-can-devour music service, and the 16GB of internal memory should keep the sine waves flowin' for a good while. £540 ($799) gets you the handset, a stereo headset (wired), a few chargers and one year of free access to upwards of two million songs which are yours to keep forever after downloading. Expect shipments to begin in January 2009.

Telus Mobility officially launches BlackBerry Storm

If you've been hemming and hawing about pre-ordering a BlackBerry Storm 9530 from Future Shop, you can stop now and ponder on all the time you've wasted. Once that's done, you can saunter on down to your local Telus shop (or, you know, the carrier's website) in order to purchase RIM's very first touchscreen BlackBerry. Nothing too special about this version -- just that it's $249.99 on a 3-year contract, $449.99 on a 2-year agreement, $549.99 on a 1-year deal or $599.99 with no strings attached.

Update: Seems we're hearing and seeing all kinds of hollering that while the Storm has launched, it's more of a soft launch and the real meat of the shipping won't get underway 'til January 2009. Telus' online store shows the handset's status as "on backorder" and a tipster's told us the same. Though to appease the masses Telus has kicked the LG Dare and BlackBerry Pearl out for $0 and the BlackBerry Curve for $49. Decisions, decisions, huh?

Nokia's North American N85 now shipping

Just days after Nokia's highly desirable North American N85 emerged for pre-order at Amazon (and Nokia, for that matter), we're now seeing reports that some of the earliest orders are beginning to ship out. The N85 NAM, of course, includes that lovely tri-band GSM support with NA 3G compatibility baked right in, and the US warranty doesn't hurt either. So, has your pre-order shipped out yet? No?
