Is this Windows Mobile 7?

We know the coverage from Microsoft's Mobius got many mobile fans a little hot under the collar, well we're about to blow the doors off that. The guys over at Engadget have gotten their mitts on some screenies and details on device interaction from what may be Windows Mobile 7.
