Jul 1st 2009 11:53PM It would be so easy to fix too... You could create an artificial ceiling that would keep people limited to a specific range on their throws or rocket launches.

I don't advocate clipping the grenades into non-existence but maybe artificially slowing the grenade down after it reaches a specific height. I also don't think that tthe Uncharted or MGS4 method is very productive for any kind of FPS...

There has to be a less frustrating way to keep the grenades but not kill the realizm of the game.

Jul 1st 2009 11:26PM Can you get carpal tunnel in your neck? hmmm.... I smell some future lawsuits brewing... damn American legal system. Maybe the EU will require that it be sold separately after imposing a huge fine.

Jun 17th 2009 8:42PM I think it is tied to the Carrier ID number... One of the hacks I read about on Engadget said that if you are set to AT&T 4.0 then the functions don't appear. But jailbroken phones could change that to AT&T 5.0 and the appropriate functions and setting magically arrived. So I think it could be as simple as an over the air update to the Carrier ID (found under Settings -> About)

Jun 17th 2009 8:29PM If I remember correctly, the google app has voice dialing... and voice search... so its probably like the fact that they removed the "battery charge as a percentage" from the betas for 3G owners too...

Apple has become a very $hady, ¢heap company as of late... its a shame.

Reminds me of Microsoft OS software updates.
