Mar 11th 2008 2:10PM Joe, Tell me I'm wrong, and then explain why, in a verbose manner, but don't call me a hater, simply because I speak the truth. I had a Nokia brick phone 7 years ago that could search my contacts list. Lots of users paid $600.00 for a eyephone, and now they realize they will not even be able to have a background app running while making a phone call (unless it's accessed within Safari). What is worse than being stuck with AT&T? Being stuck with a phone that can't use third party apps unless steve-o says so. I own a 17" mac Pro, so I don't consider myself a hater, just a realist..

Mar 11th 2008 9:29AM If any other manufacturer had brought out a contact list without basic search capability, there would have been tons of critiques, knocks and panns from the media reviewers. However, Apple gets a pass. Your franklin PDA, can already do what is listed as an upcoming OMG, and it's a dinosaur. GET Real fanboys.

Jan 18th 2008 4:16PM I have been with Sprint since I got my Treo 700P I upgraded recently to the 755P, and now my Gfriend has the 700P, and my kids two samsung flip phones. I've never had a problem with customer service. They have been helpful, fast and very efficient. And I have deactivated the 700P activated an e-bay purchased 755P, added and deleted a samsung phone as a modem, and consolidated two plans into one. I think the new CEO is kicking butt to cleanup bloat and create a leaner company. I had nothing but bad experiences with ATT. Customer service, price, and reception were lousy

Sep 25th 2007 12:10PM Each police force handles their traffic ticket duty differently. For example, Hawthorne and Inglewood would not pay for their officers to go to court, so it was a sure bet that if you went to court and posted your fees, you would not get any conviction. However, the Inglewood court system is very slow when it comes to reimbursement. I do not know whether or not this situation exists (no pay for court) for both police departments, so proceed at risk.
Palm's Foleo in the wild? {Engadget Mobile}
Aug 31st 2007 1:57PM It seems as though the editors at this webmag are dead set against the Foleo. Kind of sad, as there is definitely a market for this type of device. I liken this response to a group of children in the back seat of the car moaning and groaning because "daddy" is not going to take them to the DQ before he goes to Radio Shack. At least wait until the friggen thing is released before you pee on it - Calvin!
