Jan 23rd 2009 12:18PM How is this breaking news? Apple is saying that they will sue anyone who infringes on their patents. That's well within their rights. Palm is basically saying "we didn't infringe on Apple's rights - if they try to say we did we can prove them wrong." Which Palm has a right to do as well.
This happens all the time in business. This isn't news - it's sensationalist garbage. All of you are making something out of something so trivial.
