Or you can look at it that you're having to fill up less but spending a little more when you do and essentially paying close to the same $ overall... then it's just a matter of which is better for the environment. And from what I've read, the TDI wins that.

Jul 23rd 2008 2:17PM Last I checked Toyota doesn't give two craps about a Camaro. And close to the point, they will have the RWD Toyobaru coming out in a year or two that if it doesn't look like a monkey's balls will be a hot seller.
And the Silverado and the Volt? That's just silly. Trucks are not selling right now... a Hybrid will help that, but not enough to ballast everything else from tanking. The Volt? That propping their sales is almost laughable. It will be a good product if they can get it to market, but to think it will sell enough to bring up the rest of their market is again, laughable.
What they need is the Cruze and the Beat at the very least to be high volume sales. Of course they're not smart enough to sell the Beat in the US... so there you go.

Jul 22nd 2008 10:59AM There are only so many ways you can make a b and a 6. IMO, they look different. The b is a much thinner font with a larger center. I think you're just drawn to the circle around them or something... I don't see a problem.

Beyond that, I don't know. People just feel like they need to have the utility of a truck 24/7. When they could probably buy an old POS pickup for use when needed and get something efficient for the rest of the time.
