May 4th 2007 3:15AM Tmo roadmap is set for umts and the phones are set. All that is need now is for the network to be converted and updated. Minneapolis engineering for example is spending millions to update the network. remember that there high speed network will be on the 1700mhz band but they will also use cingy/atts 850/1900 hspda bands.
