Oct 20th 2008 5:51PM I have still had a lot of issues with their CS. I got my wife a Touch Diamond a month ago, and asked for vision data, and they didn't put it on. I had to call back again to have data turned on. I am glad I told her not to use the internet until we were sure they got it right.
