Oct 26th 2008 11:13AM No shit there is a issue. There has been a issue with it since it has been released. The touch screen on those phones is completely broken. Sometimes the screen will work and sometimes it wont. Sometimes parts of the screen will work and other times it'll just lose calibration. Other times it'll just press buttons for you without you ever touching the screen.
