Jun 17th 2009 6:34PM Who really cares? If connecting to the Pre is "broken" in a future update to iTunes I'm sure there will be a work around. Since iTunes music is unprotected now it would be easy to write a utility like what Nokia does for the Mac and transfer the music over.
Right now I really don't think Apple is too worried about Palm, they just like messing with them. Palm has always been a haven for ex Apple employees dating back to the Newton (early 90s) so it ends up being sibling rivalry more than anything else.

Jun 8th 2009 6:58PM Sorry dude this one can't be blamed on the slow NA carriers and consumers. I've been tethering my macs to different Nokias for years now via bluetooth even on ATT via edge! It's more of an issue of ATT crappy network and Apple iron fist rules on iPhone apps and usage.

Jun 2nd 2009 6:11PM My advice would be to buy an unlocked Nokia here in the US. From what I can tell not even counting the exchange rate you will pay less money for it here and still be able to use it in Europe.

If you enjoy using your connection on ATT to do whatever you like within your data plan limits then complain. The only way to get this changed is to get a bunch of people to let ATT know we aren't happen with this. This is total bullsh*t!!!
