May 1st 2007 2:31PM Pioneer Plasmas are definitely the best out there. If you shop around you can get the Elite Pro-940HD 42" 720p Plasma for around $2,000.
I was planning on going for a Sony XBR2 40" 1080p LCD. But after looking at them side by side the Plasma has better color and MUCH better Blacks, and you can only tell the difference between 1080 and 720 when you are VERY close.

May 1st 2007 1:49PM Actually the exemption to the DMCA just says that it is legal for you to unlock your phone and move it to another carrier. It doesn't say that the carrier/manufacturer isn't allowed to lock it in the first place, or that they need to help you unlock it.
All it says is that if you find a way to unlock your phone that the carrier or manufacturer can't sue you under the DMCA.
