Knight Rider premiere pulls 4.9/10 Nielsen rating {Autoblog}
Sep 28th 2008 5:46PM +1 This is what they get for re-airing something that has been on the internet for over week! I watched it online, thought a new episode would be on last week, when i realized it was a repeat I shut it off. Also, the Presidential announcement screwing up all the timings I'm sure didn't help the situation.
Dell looking to sell factories to increase profitability {Engadget}
Sep 6th 2008 9:19AM This post means nothing. Does anyone even look at the financials of a company anymore? Dell is one of the few companies still building anything in the United States. Yes I'm sure they will have to move some manufacturing overseas, but in reality I see them just closing desktop plants, as very few desktops are even being bought anymore compared to laptops. This statement isn't about the consumer market as this blog entry states either, Dell only realizes roughly 6% of its $60B annual revenue from Consumer Sales. Not exactly enough revenue or margin to justify major changes.
Garmin Colorado 300 GPS on the horizon? {Engadget}
Dec 9th 2007 11:02PM I assume that if it is named Colorado, that there wouldn't be a whole lot of "marine" i.e. water, pond, lake, ocean features. Not a whole lot of water to get lost on in Colorado, maybe more likely need a GPS to find any water!

HTC 6800 hands-on {Engadget Mobile}
Mar 27th 2007 11:37AM I saw it live! I didn't even realize how rare it was until I started reading about it. Things I was able to confirm.
1. Windows Mobile 5.0, which is pretty sad.
2. Hardware switch for WIFI, I've read in other places that it might have been nicer to have a mute switch instead, all these phones already have that when you hold down the Comm. button.
3. The slide out on this feels great, but I'm sure it will break down with time.
4. It is both thinner and lighter then the 6700.
I'll see if I can get detailed photos of this phone before it gets released.
