Asus Eee PC 2G Surf: now with color {Engadget}
Dec 20th 2007 3:50AM I don't mean to be a dick but seriously, as someone who works in a datacenter I don't tend to see server internals (or any other PCB) as beautiful.

Dec 20th 2007 2:57AM IMHO transparency is a lame gimmick used to draw in the less technical of us into glorifying a product as being more advanced then it really is due to it's visible PCB.
Microsoft's new Zunes: officially in 80, 8, and 4GB sizes {Engadget}
Oct 2nd 2007 11:21PM This seems like a very serious competitor to the iPods. Though my decision between an iPod Classic and a Zune 80 is based upon two things.
1. When does it come to Canada?
2. Does it support mass storage device mode?
Now granted the iPod has limited mass storage device mode support but there are at least alternatives to the horrid and bloated iTunes software suite.
PS. fanboys suck.

Aug 25th 2007 5:51PM I'd actually like something like a dB readout on my Shure E2's, inline on the wire perhaps. I often find myself questioning how loud is too loud and because they are in-ear canal buds they can be extremely powerful. So powerful in fact I have a feeling I could very easily blow my drums out if I put my laptop on full blast and plugged them in. I'd really like an "hard" limiter on my E2's but I understand a lot of people don't want that. I don't think it should be required but an optional feature would be nice.
