Rogers to get HTC Excalibur as "S621" {Engadget Mobile}

Mar 18th 2007 3:07PM So what is the difference between the S620 and the S621? Will it force the subscription to and use of the Rogers "Portable Network" at $49.95 per month? I live in Fredericton, NB which was one of the world's first free wi-fi-enabled cities and this is why I am interested in this phone.
