You simply don't know what you are talking about. Psystar is selling an authentic copy of Mac OS with each computer they sell.

Jul 22nd 2008 6:36AM If they do not install OSX then how can they be in violation of an EULA that they did not agree to? THEY CAN'T! An EULA is like a contract, it has no effect on people who are not party to the contract.

However, I am sure they can be sued for false advertising because they are making it appear as though OSX can be installed on their machines when in fact, OSX out of the box cannot be installed on their machines and it must be hacked to get it to work.

Jul 17th 2008 4:11PM I do not know how happy the club goers will be when they see how much harder it is to dance on a dance floor that dampens the impact of foot to floor. I would imagine that it would take much of the spring out of their steps, sort of like dancing on sand. I guess it all depends on how much electricity they expect to generate.
