Aug 18th 2009 1:33PM One thing to keep in mind is battery life. A machine with a discrete graphics card and a full blown Core 2 Duo processor is going to be power hungry. Dell has never been the best with battery life to begin with.

Aug 17th 2009 1:14AM This is your last warning Acer. Release a Timeline notebook with the ATI HD4330 graphics for North America or I'm not biting. Seriously, that notebook would be ideal for anyone looking for battery life, graphical powerful, windows and a reasonable price.
I can get the first two with a Macbook Pro, but the last two are a little bit of a stretch.
You have two more weeks Acer, don't let me down.

It does seem like Acer is already milking the Timeline series for all its worth. We are going to need a Timeline just to keep track of all these updates and spinoffs.
