1. Yeah, becasue that's worked so well for LA, Atlanta, DC, etc.
2. This is a private investment and has nothing to do with the government.
3. The more info the better. Drivers can avoid slow traffic areas thus improving traffic in those areas by dispersing traffic more evenly (hopefully people will decide to not even drive at all).

Feb 22nd 2006 5:10PM Take away the unnecessary camera and this sees like the perfect mobile for your parents or grandparents who only need very occaisional use of a mobile phone. Simple design and features and you don't have to always remember to keep it charged.
