Win a bundle of iPhone apps in iPhoneSpree, plus 18 apps on TUAW {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

May 22nd 2009 1:48AM Diamedic (Diabetes Management). An absolute necessity.

SlingPlayer Mobile for iPhone coming shortly: $29.99, no 3G support {Engadget Mobile}

May 12th 2009 4:46PM Grab my copy? I wouldn't pay a nickel for this crippled garbage! Who in their right mind things WiFi is ubiquitous to even consider this app? I am am around a WiFi coverage area, it's usually when I have a laptop handy or at home. Sorry Sling/Apple, you wont be getting my money for this. Since I used Sling on WM before my iPhone to watch mainly sporting events, I'll stick to audio feeds via MLB At Bat 2009 to get my baseball fix.

First Look: File Magic 2.0 {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

May 11th 2009 8:29PM The only real problem I had with File Magic was the lack of contact searching when entering an email address.

I now use Quick Office Files which does support contact search and allows sending multiple files in a single email.

Birthdays under control on your iPhone {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Apr 25th 2009 7:30PM Since the iPhone doesn't support background applications and processess, I would assume that you would have to open this app from time to time in order to leverage the reminders and other benefits? I would much prefer an automatic alarm via contact database.

Makayama's TouchBrowser adds iPhone-style browsing to Windows Mobile {Engadget Mobile}

Apr 18th 2008 9:28AM I bought it for a goof. What a piece of garbage! It's slow, buggy, and you can't even set your own homepage even though you enter the URL in the appropriate setting in the app. The app always opens to MSN.

HTC cooking up faster video for affected devices -- no drivers involved {Engadget Mobile}

Feb 18th 2008 10:28PM "According to Moore's law, by now my phone should be running close to a 2 GHZ processor with at least 256 megs of RAM, and you would hope at least a VGA screen."

And how many backup batteries to plan to carry to power that thing? Take a look at some of the other platforms and you will see similar specs. The only real place WM has lagged is in the quality of the cameras being used.

E-TEN's Glofiish M810 and V900 with secret touch-based WinMo interface {Engadget}

Feb 4th 2008 12:43PM WM may be feature packed, but only a delirious fanboy would ignore that fact that it's interface is dated and aging. Let's call a spade a spade, shall we?

HTC Touch gets more memory, new color options {Engadget Mobile}

Nov 16th 2007 8:12PM Nu,

I meant a hi-powered Touch. After owning a slider (KJAM) for well over a year, I really am not interested in another.

HTC Touch gets more memory, new color options {Engadget Mobile}

Nov 16th 2007 7:05PM Big deal. HTC needs to get a 400mhz, Quadband US 3G device over here in a hurry. Why they haven't is beyond me.

iPod touch showing up in stores, gets unboxed {Engadget}

Sep 13th 2007 9:13PM Hey....where's our $100 buck store credit? I want to use that to pick up a 16gb Touch!
