Makayama's TouchBrowser adds iPhone-style browsing to Windows Mobile {Engadget Mobile}
Apr 18th 2008 9:28AM I bought it for a goof. What a piece of garbage! It's slow, buggy, and you can't even set your own homepage even though you enter the URL in the appropriate setting in the app. The app always opens to MSN.
HTC cooking up faster video for affected devices -- no drivers involved {Engadget Mobile}
Feb 18th 2008 10:28PM "According to Moore's law, by now my phone should be running close to a 2 GHZ processor with at least 256 megs of RAM, and you would hope at least a VGA screen."
And how many backup batteries to plan to carry to power that thing? Take a look at some of the other platforms and you will see similar specs. The only real place WM has lagged is in the quality of the cameras being used.
E-TEN's Glofiish M810 and V900 with secret touch-based WinMo interface {Engadget}
Feb 4th 2008 12:43PM WM may be feature packed, but only a delirious fanboy would ignore that fact that it's interface is dated and aging. Let's call a spade a spade, shall we?

Nov 16th 2007 8:12PM Nu,

Engadget Podcast 090 - 10.03.2006 {Engadget}
Oct 3rd 2006 7:20PM Itunes now gives me the m4a version of your podcast. I still want the mp3 version. What gives? I tried unsubscribing and re-subscribing. No dice. Itunes used to give the mp3 version.
DualCor cPC gets specs, launch date -- but no radios {Engadget}
May 11th 2006 3:25PM Response #6 - Hmmm...I use my K-JAM for all of the above, including using BT stereo.
Why wait for Apple?
As for Dualcor, the hype led us to beleive that this would be a "uber-connected" device. This announcement just leaves people cold, regardless if you are an individual or enterprise user. The biggest loss here is the lack of a celluar radio - the lack of BT and wifi is offset by the use of expansion cards.
