All they have to do is sell a million @ $60 to meet costs.
GT4 sold 10 million copies. Lets say GT5 sells even half that.
5 mil x $60 = $300 million
Sure there are additional costs involved (marketing, etc), but it would have to be the bomb of the century to not cover its costs.
