How would you change HP's TouchSmart tx2z? {Engadget}
Feb 7th 2009 2:16PM Believe it or not, and this is something most reviewers have neglected, the switch from the Wacom technology (in the tx2000 series) to the multi-touch N-Trig technology (in the Tx2z series) resulted in a pen WITHOUT an eraser. There is no option to buy one, either.
How would you change HP's TouchSmart tx2z? {Engadget}
Feb 6th 2009 11:42PM The multi-touch display won't be of any use until Windows 7, and even then, not until someone figures out if there's actually something interesting and useful to do with it. In the meantime, they could at least have provided an "eraser" on the pen, like most Wacom pen-enabled models. As for all the criticisms of other commenters- hey, you get what you pay for- at $1000 for a 64-bit dual-core tablet pc with 4gb RAM and 64-bit Vista, can you really complain?

Would love to have a Windows Mobile device to test with, as I get a lot of requests for it, but "free" doesn't exactly pay for a lot of development phones...!
Sincerely,
Francis
