It appears it comes with free GPS Nav from Google, so yes, it's unlocked.

May 6th 2008 7:19PM - If it's your NE2, then you receive both NE2 and $100 data credit. ($150-200 off the 2yr price).
- Secondary lines (both new and upgrade) receive a $50 data credit.
- Annual upgrade does not receive a data credit.

Feb 13th 2007 6:57PM verizon's backup assistant is free as well. you don't actually have to pay your bill online. you would just need to register your account online, which is free, of course. you can choose to continue to receive paper bills during registration.
