Srsly though, does everyone here really care to see several posts a day about this. I mean, geesh, doesn't McCain deserve some praise too. PPC and Smartphone data plans are $20 a month on EDGE. 400 messages is $5, Unl. messages is $15. So really you are paying the same either way. 3G is usualy more per month on other carriers isn't it?

Sep 16th 2008 8:08AM Well, the free upgrades are nice. Plus (with the exception of the new glossy zunes) they aren't fingerprint/scratch/crack magnets. WiFi, Radio (a smart radio too, it tells you on most stations the station ID, the artist and the song plus you can mark those for download now), Subscription, Wireless Sync, Ability to manually add songs, glass scratch/crack resistant screen, wifi store, games, sharing, plus a bunch of other crap I can't think of. The only downside thus far is the lack of Mac support in my eyes. I don't use OSX nearly as much as Vista, but I still use it and it would be nice to change stuff without a reboot or having to setup parallels. So drink the NEW kool-ai.... ahem, try the Zune. You just might really like it...

Sep 16th 2008 7:37AM Really? Everyone I know that uses it loves it, 3.0 makes it that much slicker. You can just start typing the first few letters of the artist your looking for from your collection and it will start displaying it. Try out the mix view, or try browing by genre. I think it works just fine, but then again, I usually don't download from the stores... rapidshare.com is my friend...

The UI is awesome, the syncing is super easy(no all or nothing sync rocks) I get 3 free songs a week from the store, and i get free software updates, I wish they would release a mac version though. I do still use leopard on my macbook(btw, anyone considering it, Vista Ultimate SP1 run like a fuckin champ on a macbook). But dude, theres no reason to bash, you'll give us the same rap the ipod fanboys get.
