Nov 10th 2007 6:10AM yeah, there should be some penalty to retailers who do this. Otherwise why not accidentally offer a bad price. You order that, a few games, etc. . .than on monday they say "hey we shipped xyz, but didn't ship the system -because the price was wrong"

What I'm betting is Xbox 360's already "great FPS" market. I mean Halo 3, BioShock, Gears, etc. . . There is just more die hard competition to fight with.
