Motorola V325i gets official for Verizon {Engadget Mobile}

Jan 6th 2007 1:46AM Got V325i a week ago. Coming from a V188 on T-Mobile I had to adapt a little bit to the "Verizon" menu system, but am getting along with the phone now, and it works well. I got it because Consumer Reports reviewed all of the current Verizon phones in the Jan 07 issue and this was the higher rated of only 2 which still have an Analog radio in them. The downside for sure, is that you have to do a seem hack in order to use Motorola Phone Tools for file transfers over BT or USB. While researching the hack I found out that Verizon is disabling BT and USB file transfers on ALL current (and likely future) Moto phones. Real pain in the rear.
