Sony shortages show signs of slowing? {Joystiq}
Jan 4th 2007 1:56PM Well there may be a reason for the extra supply of PS3's and shortage in Wii's, I did read in a magazine(i cant remember which and what date but ill try to search for it again) that Nintendo is shipping the Wii's to the US(yes,literally shipping by ships) whereas Sony is flying them in which is why Nintendo is making profits on the Wii's that the sell because their cost is lower.It also takes them something like 6 weeks to get them by sea if I read it right.
