Jan 3rd 2007 12:36AM The phone has free inbuilt memory of about 1.1mb, there is a micro-sd card of 128mb provided in the box. The quality of the stereo handsfree is below average. The screen is very good, much better than the one on the sony-ericsson z530. Due to its small size the images look better than that on motorola mpx200. The reception of the phone is below average, but still better than that of sony-ericsson t300. In-coming audio quality is nice on the phone ear-piece. On the provided handsfree the volume is low. the party on the other end complained at times that my voice on this phone was breaking at times. the ui is responsive. the grouping of the menus takes some time to get used to. the lists can be scrolled by the rocker key, touchscreen, next/prev buttons on the round dial and also by moving the finger on the dial. the cable comes in the box. the device acts as a mass storage device when connected to pc with the cable, no drivers needed. i can access the memory card like this, but the phone memory is not accessible. also so far i could find a way to transfer files from the phone to memory card. the mp3 player can be minimised. on in-coming call the mp3 player pauses and then resumes from the point where it stopped after the call is over. in this aspect mp3 player is much better than the windows media player on the windows 2003/se phones. the phone is very light. the 2megapixel camera seems to be slightly better than the one i-mate jamin. but in low light it is bad. nokia 3230 performs better in low light than this one. i could not find macro-mode on the camera.
