May 13th 2008 7:22PM compare that to some lame Celeron-based "gaming" PCs that computer stores here in Brazil build (they say it's a gaming PC just because it has a dedicated GPU, even if it's a low-end model from ages ago, and a steering wheel), and it will look like at least mid-range.

May 3rd 2008 7:27PM Vivo (a joint venture of Portugal Telecom and Telefónica) already does this thing here in Brazil. Consumer services are mostly GSM-based, while business and data services are CDMA-based, at least until they launch their UMTS/HSDPA networks, later this year.
