Isn't it showcasing the "sudden drop accelerometer" that is supposed to shut down the hard drive to prevent damage of the computer during a potential impact?
But then I say to myself, "did they even have that technology on their laptops in 99? I don't think they did, or did they?"
I thought that was a recent addition to their laptop line that came out just a few years ago.

It's not just iPhone apps.
I have Tuaw and a bunch of other tech sites in my RSS feeds and you are consistently days or sometimes weeks behind the competition.
It's so bad that I have to do a double-take thinking that there is something wrong with my RSS feed.
But no, then I just realize that you guys have just become incredible slow on reporting Mac news.
Like I was smacking my head when you reviewed the Facebook app for the iPhone like two weeks ago. ARE YOU SERIOUS!?

Nov 17th 2008 11:45AM I love playing ESPN Cameraman at a bar with a buddy while we are waiting for food and drinks. Absolutely addicting and a solid application all around.
My other favorite game is Tap Tap Revenge. Ever since they started getting support from big name bands (NIN, Offspring, Weezer), it has really started to take off. And the best part is that they don't charge you to download the songs! Even the underground bands in the game have some good songs. It's quite challenging to play and has a very high level of polish and refinement that makes it stand out from other games in the app store. I also can't believe how fast the songs download to your phone whether you are on Wi-Fi or Edge.
