Best Buy Mobile opens up shop in New York {Engadget Mobile}

Nov 28th 2006 12:44PM At any store, you're likely to find some associates that don't necessarily know what they're doing. Also, looking at it objectively, when a company starts up a new venture in a different vein, there is always going to be a period of uncertainty.

I've been to a Best Buy mobile, and the dude there actually turned me on to this site as a place to learn more. I know next to nothing about cell technology, but it does seem to be a smart business move to cater to customers like me. And thats what it looked to me that they were doing. Better service than I've ever had at a cell shop.
