Oct 7th 2008 4:51PM This is ridiculous! I was just about to buy tickets in the next couple of weeks too! I live in the US and went to the Montreal GP earlier this year - it was completely sold out and was a great experience.
With the US race gone and now Canada (as well as the race just being a parade), I will probably stop watching F1 or supporting them in any way.

Sep 23rd 2008 2:45PM Hmm if you are going to bring college grades into the equation you'd have to consider Obama's sealed mysterious Columbia education, or Biden's poor performance, or John Kerry's D average as a student.
The annoyance is when these elite guys (who can have either a D or an R in front of their names) pretend to be Joe Schmoe. It isn't about how wealthy the candidate is, it's about what they (but more importantly Congress not the President) plan to do with the taxpayer's money.
You can't give 95% of people a tax break when 40% don't pay taxes. You can't pay for Obama's hope and change and hundreds of billions of dollars of spending without more taxes. I don't think EITHER candidate has a grasp on the economy, foreign diplomacy, or domestic issues. Wish every election wasn't a vote for the "slightly lesser of two evils".

Sep 23rd 2008 1:04PM 1) Being wealthy or having significant assets does not = elitism. Being an arrogant, condescending elitist = elitism.
2) Doesn't anybody find it sort of strange that the Obama's "own" only 1 car? Surely Michelle drives a separate car - why is Cindy's business vehicle counted but not Michelle's?
3) I wonder how much the Obama's or the McCain's get chauffered around in Lincoln Town Cars in lieu of driving themselves.
4) Class warfare/envy is not becoming on Democrats. I would expect Biden to be filthy rich on his several decades of Senator salary. In fact, it calls into question his ability to manage funds that he worth so little at 60 some years old.
5) If anyone honestly thinks that Obama OR McCain are "regular guys" that have the exact same concerns and perspectives as Joe America, they are idiots.

Aug 7th 2008 10:48AM NOOOOOO! I've been watching prices and waiting for price drops or new systems to pull the trigger on buying either a 360 or a PS3. I see this article and the Dell offer has already ended :(
For $299 for Elite bundle with Forza and a free HDMI cable that is a pretty darn good deal. I don't think I can make myself buy the 60gb Xbox for the same or more money now.

Aug 1st 2008 5:29PM Ahh makes it even harder for me to choose between getting a 360 and PS3. Although right now you can buy a 360 Elite with Forza and Marvel Ultimate Alliance for $399 from Dell and when they announced the original 20gb price drop Amazon had the Elite for $399 by itself for a while as well.
If September has the 360 60gb for $299 WITH a game or two bundle then I guess I'll bite and finally get a gaming console. Otherwise, PS3 might win me over since it has BluRay (which I don't care too much about now) and included wifi/wireless adapter and online (which is minor but nice).

Jul 20th 2008 3:48PM I wonder if "wireless receiver" means it receives the wireless signals from the wireless controller. If so, dumb.
I seriously doubt they'd include the $80-100 wifi overpriced dongle although that would seal the deal for me and I'll buy this over a PS3 (I own neither and can't choose)
