Nov 21st 2007 4:25AM To be clear, Verizon lost nothing because it cannot support the iPhone. Currently the iPhone only operates on GSM networks. With that in mind, Sprint, Verizon, and any other CDMA Carriers cannot support the iPhone. In the U.S. it was T-Mobile and any regional GSM carriers that missed out on the iPhone exclusive deal.
