Spanish road signs to undergo sexism sensitivity training {Autoblog}

Nov 16th 2006 11:07AM Do you think I could order a pair of these, one for the kitchen and one for the bedroom?

Spanish road signs to undergo sexism sensitivity training {Autoblog}

Nov 16th 2006 10:31AM The fact that someone actually cared enough to notice that makes me sick. There are many other womens causes that are much more important, like forcing women to wear birka's in middle eastern countries. These people should be arrested for annoying people so much that they were forced to do something this dumb.

Websites select top new vehicles for young drivers {Autoblog}

How could I not get it. Me and my friends are exactly the kids that you all are rallying against and saying how irresponsible our parents are for getting us nice cars. I wasn't saying that every parent should get their kids nice cars, but if they do their school work, stay out of trouble and know how to drive then what do you care what they drive. Don't insult other people's decisions just because you wouldn't make them yourself, even though, given the choice im sure you would do the exactly same thing.

Apr 15th 2006 2:00AM Why are people seemingly so upset about parents buying their kids cars. I recently graduated from a very elite high school, and the majority of my friends drove cars that cost 30,000+. I drive an 2004 FX35, which I love, and no I didn't pay for it, my parents did. You can all feel free to call me spoiled, but I have yet to get a speeding ticket and I haven't gotten into an accident. A lot of the people on here who are saying that they paid for their own cars and they are so proud of it would gladly have accepted a 3-Series, Or An A4 if they had that option. I don't claim to be better than anyone, but don't berate my parents decision, or my friends parents decisions, because that is not what you or your parents chose for you. A lot of my friends have fantastic cars, but they also all have gotten into top college, played 2 or 3 varsity sports and still learned how to be respectful of the people around them. So before you all go judging people who you don't know, think about if you had the option to give your child the car of his/her dreams... You would probably do the same thing.

Sky high? Saturn dealers gouging buyers of new roadster {Autoblog}

Mar 19th 2006 5:06PM Wrong again Leo. The oil companies are not gouging us, it's a free market and it is clearly selling at the prices they set. So here are your options, drive less, take public transportation, or suck it up and deal with it. Don't be mad becuase an industry realized they had something that everyone needs and they wanted to make their stockholders happy.

Take an ECON class, then post intellegently.

Sky high? Saturn dealers gouging buyers of new roadster {Autoblog}

Mar 19th 2006 12:48PM Dave take an economics course before you say there is no integrity for the dealer raising the price on a car when there is high demand for it. That's like saying you have no integrity for haggling the price down because you know that if you don't buy a car it will be on the lot for another three months. The idea that gouging is bad is insane, it's just supply and demand. If no one would buy the SKY at the higher prices then the dealers wouldn't charge more for it, but they are clearly selling. It's all just supply and demand, learn it.

2006 Land Rover Range Rover Sport HSE: In the Autoblog Garage Day 5 {Autoblog}

Feb 24th 2006 3:40PM You will never find a Mustang getting a good spot at a valet, unless its owned by a rap star and is sporting huge rims. However, pull up in a clean black RRS you are guarenteed a spot right up front. I'm not an American Car hater like so many, in fact I plan on test driving the STS-V this spring, but your simply incorrect when it comes to the RRS. It is exactly what it is supposed to be; classy, sporty and eye catching.

2006 Land Rover Range Rover Sport HSE: In the Autoblog Garage Day 5 {Autoblog}

Feb 24th 2006 1:03PM Yea but is that mustang with that switch for the mirrors, getting the best spot at the vallet, or given second looks at the country club? I think not... The Range Rover Sport does exactly what it should, it makes soccer moms a car that looks great, and the dad's dont mind driving it when the M5, CLS55 or other hotrod sedan is in the shop for new tires

Pricing for 2007 Cadillac Escalade announced {Autoblog}

Jan 21st 2006 10:53AM Get over it people, a lot of people are spending 57,000+ for SUV's these days and as car people you guys shouldn't be upset. If they "down market" Chevy version is selling for 53,000+ then how is anyone shocked that you are paying 4,000 more for the Caddy. On top of that, the Caddy is not even close to the most expensive truck in its class, you can get a 67,000 LX 470 if you so desire, or a 92,000 Range Rover Supercharged if that fits better in your 4 car garage. People love spending money on things that are big, go "fast" and look good... Hello 2007 Escalade
