FCC lets ic502 out of the bag, first iDEN / CDMA phone {Engadget Mobile}

Nov 18th 2006 5:59PM Just activated the new hybrid is502 and what a great phone. I actually was able to use the phone at my home, where nextel service is very poor. I was ready to dump Nextel until this phone came along. I gave it one more chance, and what a difference. Glad I held out another week!
