Well then I understand that there's not enough buttons for you, but I've played on both dual analog and Wiimote and the Wiimote does everything great. Even the guy in the article said the Wii controlled "Beautifully."
I've said Wii is the best FPS on a game console for a reason. I dont consider PC a game console, I consider it a computer. PC obviously has better controls than a Wii.

Play the wiimote like you would play with any other controller.
Adjust the sensor bar to fit you.

Too slow? The game has full customization, change the speeds. Inaccurate? Its probably just that you suck because theres an IR pointer for pinpoint accuracy. Not enough buttons? wtf are you wanting to do thats not already mapped, cuddle? From your response, you obviously have not played The Conduit.
The Wiimote has the best controls for FPS on a gaming console. I know its hard for people to understand because its the Wii, but its true. The controller was basically built for FPS.

El Presidente, the Tropico 3 demo is available now {Joystiq}
Sep 13th 2009 2:13AM This demo was AWESOME. I cant name the last game demo that I got 6+ hours of gameplay out of. Tropico 3 is just like Tropico 1+Beautiful graphics/scenery+Added features+better UI.
Although it does have lively carribean music and a funny/informative DJ, a draw back for me is that it dosent have the same music from Tropico 1. That music was great.
I'm definitely picking this up.
