Dell's Latitude Z 600 is a 16-inch thin-and-light, makes overcompensated CEOs out of us all (update: video!) {Engadget}

Sep 29th 2009 11:39AM Business users don't want 16" laptops. Especially the business executives that a laptop in this price range is targeted at. Compact & light around 12-13" is ideal as many are travelling or moving between meetings and the last thing they want to do is lug around a laptop with a large 16" screen.

I hope Dell has plans for a smaller version of this laptop, as for now, they've missed the mark.

Popcorn Hour C-200 hands-on {Engadget}

Sep 25th 2009 6:05PM I would love to know how this works with Macs. I've got an Apple TV right now, but I'm pretty frustrated with the lack of support for other video file types outside of Apple's prefered codecs. I know about Boxee, but hoping for a non hacked option.

Can I drag and drop files from my Macbook or Windows 7 laptop to the C200 over my home WiFi network?

Research finds iPhone hurting operators, Boy George unavailable for comment {Engadget}

Aug 17th 2009 3:07PM I call BS that the iPhone is driving down ARPU. The iPhone drives customers to unlimited data plans and higher volume SMS packages, so there is no way adding the iPhone to a carrier's lineup is going to negatively impact ARPU.

AT&T's free hotspot access finally useful with auto-connection in iPhone OS 3.0 {Engadget}

Jun 17th 2009 7:42PM Who cares about this? Are there really a lot of people dying to get on wi-fi with their iPhones?

I could care less about wi-fi access. I've got 3G in most places, it works fine for me. Even at home where Wi-Fi has always been auto-authenticated, it just isn't worth the effort to turn on wi-fi to gain access. Only time I use it is when I want to use the Remote app to control some music.
