Feb 18th 2009 10:36AM I'm confused as to why SE claimed the reason Idou's screen is resistive is because S60 doesn't support capacitive. This is clearly at odds with the OmniaHD, which is S60 and IS capacitive.

Feb 14th 2009 5:08PM I highly doubt that. While this device carries the "Omnia" name, it is clearly not a successor to the phone we all know as the Omnia. It seems as though "Omnia" is a sub-brand for multiple devices (similar to the Cyber-shot brand, etc) and does not mean because Carrier A has the Omnia, that they'll be carrying the Omnia HD or Omnia SD or Omnia XD or whatever future devices are unveiled.
Furthermore, this device is not consistent with current Verizon hardware logic.
