Oct 24th 2006 8:24PM Cingular hit it big with the Razr with the exclusive for the year however have since let the competitors at Verizon and Tmobile kick their butt with new models. Cingular is playing the coverage card too much. I am ready to leave unless they release some new models.
The category managers at Cingular need to wake up and smell the customers leaving for innovative products.
