Nov 24th 2007 9:47PM Rumor is that they have been testing the 1700 MHz network for the past few months somewhere out west (California?)Also rumor is that they are really trying for a commercial roll out by the end of 2007, even if it is in a few select cities like N.Y., L.A., and Chicago and then bring other cities online later in 2008.
