Nov 8th 2009 5:19PM Agreed, Annie Wu is way off base. Usually SNL wastes 80 of their 90 minutes, but this one was actually watchable all the way through! I really liked her singing monologue, and the "Really?!" sketch on Weekend Update. Decent showing.

Nov 2nd 2009 1:25PM I too figured them for nanites, or nanomachines but I was just waiting for them to go Replicator. Remember how the "sand" was starting to take the shape of Johansen's face ? That's something the more evolved Replicators were doing. Anyway, just keep that in your back pocket.

Review: FlashForward - Scary Monsters and Super Creeps {TV Squad}
Nov 1st 2009 12:18AM I'm really trying to like this show, but some of its elements are stretching even fictional credibility both in terms of character development - I'm looking at you, Olivia Benford - and plot progression especially regarding the lack of law enforcement rollup after the huge and very public shootout.
Again, I like the show's concept alot, but I think its execution is flawed. I'm just not sure how flawed it is at this point, so I'll hang with it till it either improves or it sinks.

Oct 22nd 2009 3:22PM The first season was edgier, had more laughs. This season is more tepid, like they're playing it safe or something. I'll continue to watch but it's not one of my "must see" shows anymore.

Oct 22nd 2009 3:19PM Oh yeh, that's an Epic Fail. Big Media's greed is like a cancer that just won't stay in remission. Frankly, Hulu lost value for me when it stopped carrying ALL episodes of a series by doing this trailing-five thing. Fine, there are always "alternatives", it's just ashame though.
