Palm Pre no longer features data tethering on Sprint website {Engadget Mobile}
Feb 19th 2009 6:37PM Whatever! Engadget just being the old Sprint bashing Engadget. No one in their right mind would pay an extra fee for a 5GB capped PAM plan. Even for the ones willing to it's as simple as buying PDA Net or other similar program and just tethering. Besides the usability would be limited since it is still not capable of simultaneous data and voice.

Qwest follows up with details on Verizon partnership {Engadget Mobile}
May 7th 2008 12:41AM So what is exactly is all they hype over this transaction? They are making a stink over Qwest dropping the whole Sprint MVNO thing and becoming basically an authorized VZW reseller. Sure Sprint has the potential of losing a lot of customers but it's not guaranteed. Many I'm sure chose Qwest because of their own branding but now there won't be a difference. They can go with any carrier they want be it Sprint, ATT, or VZW. Of course choosing VZW will get you everything on one bill, wow!
