Sep 18th 2006 3:53PM Had one last week and took it back the same day...no customizing any of the soft keys, the nav button is way too small (kept hitting the clear button and getting bumped out of menus), color scheme sucks (hot pink and black/white), the phone book display is way too big so you only see 2 contacts at a time, terrible documentation, no visible support on samsung's website yet, all around waste of an afternoon...I'd wait for a flex to come out to see if some of the UI problems are from tmobile or samsung.
