Sep 2nd 2008 4:23AM I'd rather put the $200 toward another display. Besides, my two monitors at home and my two monitors at work are 1920x1200 anyway. The two at work (Dell 2408WFP) have two DVI inputs, HDMI, and DisplayPort, so I just need to figure out what to do at home. Probably buy another monitor...

May 24th 2008 3:24PM 1) Kristin Kreuk is half-Chinese, half-Dutch.
2) Lana Lang is white in the comic books, but you didn't see anyone complain when Kristin was cast as Lana. Nor did anyone complain when Devon Aoki (hapa) was cast as Kasumi (Japanese) in DOA, or Dean Cain (1/4 Japanese) as the traditionally white-looking Superman, etc. Likewise, when there's a half-Chinese character like Dr. No, no one complains when a white guy plays the part.
3) Chun Li doesn't look particularly Chinese in the video games, anyway.
4) While we're at it, what's up with casting Gabriel Gray as Spock? Spock's only supposed to be HALF-human. Couldn't they find a real half-human, half-Vulcan actor?

1) ...For the same reason a ruined Western businessman might kill himself.
2) ...Because the Chinese government would have done it anyway. (I'm thinking of the food and drug official they executed for corruption.)
I love all the stupid/racist comments in the comments, BTW. If a black American businessman were in the same situation, would the same commenters have written about fried chicken and hip hop?
