Rock Band out for $9.99 on the iPhone... but fails to thrill {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Oct 20th 2009 2:40AM Get Rock Band definitely. I don't think you'll be disappointed if you liked Guitar Rock Tour, especially if you're a fan of the console version. Also, Rock Band has the music store, which adds plenty of replayability. Hope this helps you decide.

Rock Band out for $9.99 on the iPhone... but fails to thrill {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Oct 20th 2009 2:39AM I like how this post says everyone hates it, but the majority of the comments are positive.

I spent the $10 and I am really impressed with it. It's so much more immersive than TTR3, Rock Band also has waayyy better graphics. They also started putting free tracks in the music store, so, I expect that will be a regular thing for iPhone Rock Band. It's really great to play with headphones and the replay factor is definitely there. Bit pricey compared to other apps, but, hey, it's a AAA app, and it's still 1/3 the price of a DS game.

If the streaming video thing doesn't work you could always rent one to be a ghostbuster for a month.
