Jul 19th 2007 3:46PM Given the number of iPods out there I would have thought it would make more sense (or as much sense) to make an iPhone without the iPod part (or at least without the capacious hard drive). If I do get one I doubt it'll get much use as a music/media player as I already have devices that perform those functions brilliantly (a 5.5G iPod and a Cowon A2). What I want is all the neat phone and web stuff the iPhone has for less money.
