Attention world: The iPhone dislikes moisture {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}
Apr 11th 2009 1:37AM The user stories here have caused my boyfriend to think twice about getting an iPhone and made me nervous about how I carry mine around outside. I never knew there WERE moisture sensors.
We live in a cold rainy country and people routinely expose their phones to mist and light rain. I will certainly be more careful from now on. I routinely go running with my iPhone, sometimes in the rain. I've been lucky so far I guess.
Dave, to chime in with so many others: Apple approves those workout apps. If we can't use a workout app with an iPhone without running the risk of ruining it, that's just design error.

But still, I'm waiting for the next version, hopefully this summer.

Jan 16th 2008 3:08PM Face it, "Europe" means UK, France and Germany as far as Apple is concerned. Those of us living in other European countries will just have to continue with the torrents. I don't even want to TALK about an iPhone for the rest of us....
