XM SkyDock now available for iPod touch and iPhone drivers {Engadget}
Nov 2nd 2009 9:16AM I bought a Skydock when it first came out at Best Buy and I too was skeptical but it was easy to install (I even just ran the antenna inside the car and set it on the passenger side of the dash without having to mess with putting it outside) and works perfectly. The application is leaps and bounds over any of the hardware/tuners that you buy and since it's an app can be updated with additional functionality as XM/Sirius sees fit. I highly recommend this to anyone that has an iPhone or iPod Touch and wants to figure out an easy way to get satellite radio in their car.
