2Chicks1Mac - Tip Applications: Hot? or Not? {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Sep 6th 2008 1:26AM And yet, Cydia isn't flooded with tip calculators. All the homebrew stuff is pretty good. Even the flashlight app is better--it has the ability to turn up the brightness.

iPhone users reporting reboots due to high App count {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Sep 5th 2008 4:34PM I wonder if this is all apps, or apps in a certain location (just homebrew or just appstore), or visible SpringBoard apps but not hidden-with-Categories apps... and what the threshold is. I can't have more than fifty apps on mine, no trouble here. I'm not sure I could find enough apps I want to get to double that number.

Dear Auntie TUAW: Is My 2.0 iPhone Slow and Buggy? {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Jul 30th 2008 4:07PM Safari crashes a lot more since I upgraded.

2 weeks later: iPhone apps I actually use {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Jul 21st 2008 9:11PM MochaVNC pales next to VNSea and TouchPad Pro, and I miss Snapture and Video Recorder and VNotes. I *always* use PocketTouch in the car to flip songs without looking. The AppStore has a long way to go before it catches up with 1.1.4's JailBroken apps.

Solar iPhone? Probably not {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

May 29th 2008 5:51PM What we need is a solar charging device that can plug into the dock... give it a short wire to the solar panel which clips outside the pocket, maybe a longer wire for 'gargoyles.'

Flash coming to the iPhone, if Adobe has anything to say about it {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Mar 19th 2008 10:30AM The App Store will be selling, in part, native ports of web-based Flash games. If they can be run through Safari, there's going to be a lot less incentive to port.

Flash coming to the iPhone, if Adobe has anything to say about it {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Mar 19th 2008 10:15AM This is GREAT news! There are a ton of Flash games I'd love to have on my iPhone. The competition from free Flash games is likely the real reason Apple doesn't want to see Flash on the iPhone.

iPhone Volume Tweak Followup {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Dec 7th 2007 5:57PM I only read TUAW for Erica's iPhone dev posts.

Safari 3 Beta Update 3.0.4 for Windows {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Nov 14th 2007 11:39PM I use Safari on my PC to sync bookmarks to my iPhone, but do most of my browsing in Firefox.

Fanswag: Win a copy of Super Mario Galaxy {Nintendo Wii Fanboy}

Nov 14th 2007 7:52PM I'll take it! My favorite stage would probably have to be 1-1; I love playing it anywhere, but running it with a big old arcade stick really brings me back to the 90s, when arcades still existed (as mafia fronts).
