HTC Touch Pro gets handled, keyboard better than X1's? {Engadget}
Jun 27th 2008 6:39AM Some post above comment on the audio quality of HTC phone. I have been using the imate JASJAM for almost 2 years and the audio quality is excellent. Callers often couldn't tell if I am on the landline. And that is from an HTC phone almost 2 years old.
As for choosing between X1 and TP, that is hard choice. Differences are small. I think either choice is good. I probably goes with TP just because I like being able to get help from XDA.

Jun 23rd 2008 10:10PM Great spec. Even with built-in digital TV turner (for the japan standard). It is ashame that it won't be selling to the rest of the world.
HTC exec claims Q109 for first Windows Mobile 7 phones? {Engadget}
Jun 16th 2008 8:49AM It is repetitive because if you say it a few more times, you may think it is true. That is called marketing.
HTC exec claims Q109 for first Windows Mobile 7 phones? {Engadget}
Jun 16th 2008 12:43AM There will always be a newer version, unless the software is end-of-life. For now, I am looking forward to Touch Pro when it is released in Australia. And I have no doubt that when WM7 comes, developers from XDA will try their hardest to make it work with WM7.
HTC Touch Diamond store spotted in Malaysia {Engadget}
Jun 7th 2008 10:59PM Touch Diamond is perfect for my girl. The phone looks sexy and is slim and light. I would have the Touch Pro as I do a lot of emailing on the phone and wouldn't bother to much about the extra size with the keyboard.
How would you change Lenovo's X300? {Engadget}
Jun 6th 2008 7:28PM This is the best laptop I have so far. I travel a lot so size and weight matter a lot to me. X300 is small and light enough without having to compromise on features. 4G RAM, built-in DVD writable drive, SSD hard drive, plenty of USB ports, standard ethernet port, user replaceble battery so that I can carry an extra if needed. The performance is also great. I run the full Adobe CS3 suite which rquires a lot of horsepower and it performs well.
My wishlist for future models is to include HDMI out and built-in TV tuner (DVB-T and DVB-H). That would make it my dream machine.
The HTC Touch Pro {Engadget Mobile}
Jun 5th 2008 12:32AM No, softkeys are additional ways to access menus. A must for Windows Mobile Standard phone as it doesn't have touch screen. For Windows Mobile Professional phone, it is not neccessary as the phone has touch screen.

Jun 4th 2008 4:21AM Unless the 3G iPhone can bring truly great new innovation (3G and GPS are standard features of yesteryear), I would say ditch it and get this new sexy baby!
More T-Mobile Vario IV specs only reinforce the X1 comparisons {Engadget Mobile}
Jun 1st 2008 7:20PM Hard choice indeed. The HTC Raephael does support TV-OUT. So I can take it to a broadroom and use that to do presentation by connectiong to a data projector. Resolution is probably 640x480. It would be nice if the output resolution can be 1024x768 though.
HTC Touch Diamond all gussied up and official {Engadget Mobile}
May 6th 2008 8:18PM Why multi-touch on a tiny screen when you can do it with one-touch. I find it amusing how good Apple is in marketing and made multi-touch as a feature (not as a benefit though) that people should want. It is interesting to see HTC is turning from defensive into offensive and come up with the marketing message of One-Touch. Hey if I were HTC I would even make fun of Multi-Touch usage.
