Feb 12th 2007 11:46AM Im on my third 360 from the ring of death...still love it and their customer service isnt terrible. I did demand a new one with no avail...Usually takes 3 weeks total to get it returned.

Aug 24th 2006 2:30PM Its 59.99 per month with a Verizon voice line. 79.99 if you dont. It requires a one or two year contract either way, but the 59.99 price is only available with the 2 year contract. The price of the equipment changes based on the contract length also.
